1. Use the Service lawfully
You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and with the terms of every system you connect to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, consent, and lawful basis to share Customer Data and to instruct the Service to act on it.
2. Messaging, spam, and consent (CAN-SPAM / TCPA)
All outbound messages prepared or sent through the Service must comply with:
- CAN-SPAM for commercial email: accurate header and sender identification, truthful subject lines, a valid physical address, and a clear opt-out honored within 10 business days.
- TCPA and state telemarketing rules for calls and texts: prior express written consent where required, honored opt-outs/revocation, do-not-call compliance, and no unsolicited bulk SMS or calls.
- Carrier and platform rules for messaging deliverability and consent.
You must not use the Service to send bulk or automated messages to recipients who have not consented, to harvest addresses, or to obscure sender identity. Lists must be permission-based and suppression lists must be maintained.
3. Fair housing, anti-discrimination, and regulated claims
Real-estate-related content must comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair-housing and anti-discrimination laws. Do not publish, approve, or instruct the Service to draft content that discriminates based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, disability, national origin, or any other protected class, or that would otherwise violate housing, lending, or advertising regulations. Listing facts and regulated language require human approval before publication.
4. Content standards
You must not provide, approve, or publish content that:
- Is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that violates the rights of others.
- Misrepresents identity, affiliation, or the source of a message (including spoofed senders or misleading “from” lines).
- Contains deceptive claims, undisclosed material connections, or bait-and-switch offers.
- Exposes sensitive personal information or credentials without authorization.
5. Security and platform integrity
- Do not attempt to bypass approval gates, rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or Service without authorization.
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or use the Service to build a competing platform in violation of the Terms.
- Promptly report suspected security issues to brian@allebs.com.
6. Prohibited uses
In addition to the above, you must not use the Site or Service to:
- Provide or rely on the Service as a licensed professional (broker, attorney, CPA, financial advisor) or as the final review for regulated filings.
- Delegate money movement, licensed judgment, or access/policy changes to fully autonomous AI execution.
- Generate spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or high-risk communications that evade human review.
- Violate sanctions, export-control, or restricted-region laws.
7. Enforcement and reporting
We may remove content, suspend workflows, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities where required. To report abuse, email brian@allebs.com with the subject “Abuse report,” including the URL, message, and context.
